definition of rainbow:-

That semicircle of seven colours that appears in the sky in the direction of the sun in front of the sun is called the rainbow. this is the definition of rainbow.

Rainbow:-

We see the light of sun of white colour but actually these are make by seven colours red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. when sun light promotedin rain drops so, it’s reflaction which we see called a rainbow. Most of rainbows see in the rain. Rainbows are a natural incident. Now you will ask how many types of rainbows? There are two types of rainbows:-

• Primary  rainbow.

• Secondary rainbow.

Primary rainbow:-

This rainbow is of seven colors. Everyone must have seen this because it usually appears after the rain. When the sunlight passes through the raindrops, it is seen in seven colors, which is called the primary rainbow.

Secondary rainbow:-

The secondary rainbow is somewhat different than the primary rainbow, it is twice as wide than this rainbow and its surface is inverted. It is darker than the primary rainbow but there is a small difference. this is the secondary rainbow formation.
